An official reptile!

Today I officially completed the "roll onto tummy" maneuver. It was quite exhilarating to finally figure out what I had to do with that arm that always got stuck underneath me; but I have to say the situation afterwards is not quite as enjoyable. Every time I had to scream for my mum to come and help me back onto a more functional position! My mummy said I looked like a white baby seal trying to crawl forward. But I promise you it won't be long before I get the hang of that one too.
Unfortunately my dad was away and missed the while excitement. He is gutted but I think on this particular day he had so much on his mind that he forgot about it pretty quickly. He is sadbecause of my uncle P. He is one of the many uncles that I have not seen, but it seems I will not manage to meet with this one as he was ill and has left us now. My mum thinks I have a cheeky grin that looks like uncle P and reminds her of him every time I smile like that. It is a real shame that i won't get to know the handsome fellow. I'll try to make sure not to grow out of that charming grin...

Did you know that if you move your arms and legs vigorously in the bath, you can make a lot of exciting noise? Well, that's my amusing discovery of this week and this, has made taking a bath a whole new experience which I enjoy enormously.
Having said that, I should add that today the temperature of the water was not quite to my satisfaction (well, that's my parents' best guess). therefore, I made my complain heard very effectively and for an appropriate length of time, to ensure this never happens again. In this picture I have just started contemplating the idea of forgiving my parents for ruining the fun.
p.s: Shame I am not a girl. I would have been a jaw-dropper in a scarf!!!

Cycling in "New forest", Dorset

This was my first ever cycling experience. Well, my first ever being-towed-by-a-bike experience. I was in my car seat and was put in the loan yellow cart (see picture below) and was dragged by my dad's bike for hours.

To be honest, not much different from being at the back of the car, apart from the mud and dirt that was sprayed all over me from the back of my dad's bike and the much bumpier road, oh and the fact that twice my left tyre was pulled out, fun.

Dad, Grand dad and mum had a great time apparently. Quite a day. We did more than 14 Miles. Went from Burley in New forest to Brockenhurst and back. Well, nearly back because mum and I had to be picked up by the bicycle shop guy half way on our way back because dad thought the tyre was not safe.

Here's a video clip for you, my grand dad is singing here. He signs very loudly and has a lot of hair just above his upper lip which is tingly and coarse when he kisses me. He is the only person I have ever seen with hair above his lip. Haven't decided what to call this grand dad yet.

Hello world
